Admissions

Students applying for acceptance to Dominion of Excellence Academy must provide the following information:
  1. Certified copy of student's Birth Certificate
  2. Copy of student's Social Security Card
  3. Georgia Certificate of Immunization - Form #3231
  4. Release Authorization Form for previous school records
  5. Copy of student's most recent report card and testing scores (ITBS or Stanford). D.O.E.A. will use these documents to determine whether or not further testing is necessary for grade placement.
  6. $50 Application Fee,  Make checks payable to Dominion of Excellence

Academic and discipline records from previous schools will be requested for all students. Once records are received, the admissions committee will review the application. The Director will then conduct interviews of all applicants. Notification of acceptance or denial will be mailed to parents as soon as possible after all steps of the application process have been completed.

2008-2009 Tuition Rates and Payment Plans
$50 Application Fee - Covers the time and costs of processing your application.  Make checks payable to Dominion of Excellence, and please submit with your application.  This fee is nonrefundable.

$400 Registration Fee - Due upon acceptance, this fee covers your child's textbooks, supplemental materials, lab fees, and other supplies.  Payment secures your child's place in the Academy. 

$5,200 - Annual Tuition. A 3% discount is given if tuition is received in full by August 5th, 2008.  Otherwise, 10 monthly payments of $520 must be received by the first of each month from September 2008 through June 2009.  A fee of $50 will be assessed for payments received after the 3rd of each month.
